COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
Information You Directly Provide
If you are interested in obtaining information, products or services from Company, participating in certain activities through the Services, or communicating with Company electronically, you may need to provide Company or its service providers, including its third-party technology platform provider (if any), with information about yourself. For example:
- If you contact Company to obtain information, or request further information about any products or services, you may be asked to provide your name, e-mail address, telephone number and other personal information.
- If you register to receive a newsletter from Company, you may be asked for your name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number and other personal information.
- If you order a product for another individual, you may be asked for that individual’s name, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number in order to enable Company to deliver the product to the recipient.
- If you send Company an e-mail or otherwise communicate with Company electronically, you will have provided Company with personal information, including, but not limited to, your name, e-mail address, and other identifying information.
- If you apply for or seek information about an employment or independent contractor position, you may provide, and Company may collect, certain personal information from you in the employment or engagement process.
- If you contact Company by telephone, Company may record certain information, including personal data such as your name, telephone number, telephone call length, geographic location, and related information. Such calls may be recorded, such that any personal data you provide during the call may also be collected.
In addition, Company may collect personal information based on any search queries you may perform on the Site and any communications you have with Company.
Information Company May Automatically Collect
In addition to information you directly provide to Company, Company and its service providers, including its third-party technology platform provider (if any), also automatically collect certain additional information by using standard technologies. For example:
- IP Address and Other Identifiers. When you access and use the Site and Services, Company and its service providers may collect information about your visits in order to allow you to obtain the Services and to allow Company and its service providers to better understand the frequency with which specific visitors visit various parts of the Services. For example, Company may collect your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, which identifies the computer or service provider that you use to access the Services, or information about your browser type, authentication identifiers, and other software and hardware information. If you access the Site or use the Services through a mobile or other device, Company may collect your mobile device identifier, geolocation data (including your precise location), or other transactional information for that device. Company may combine this information with other information that it has collected to make the Site, Services and other communications to you more targeted to your interests.
- Details of Your Visits. Company may use automatic collection technologies to collect information about the details of your visits, resources you access, searches you perform, and information about the computer and internet connection (including IP address) that were used.
- Social Media Information and Content. If you access the Site or Services through a social media service or connect by means of a social media service, the information Company collects may also include your user ID and/or username associated with that social media service, any information or content you have permitted the social media service to share with Company or the public such as your profile picture, e-mail address or friends lists, and any information you have made public in connection with that social media service. When you access or log in to the Site or Services through a social media service or connect by means of a social media service, you authorize Company to collect, store, and use such information and content in accordance with this Policy.
- Cookies. The Site and Services may use cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on a user’s computer and allow websites to remember information about users. Company and its service providers, including its third-party technology platform provider (if any), use cookies for a variety of purposes in order to enhance the quality of the Site and Services. Cookies allow Company to personalize your return visits to the Site and Services and to enhance your user experience during certain activities. You have the choice to set your browser to accept all cookies, reject all cookies, or notify you when a cookie is set. It is your decision whether to allow Company to send you cookies. If you do not allow Company to send you cookies, your ability to use some aspects of the Site and Services may be limited.
- Web Beacons and Other Tracking Technologies. The Site and Services may use other tracking technologies, including, but not limited to, so-called “pixel tags,” “web beacons,” “web bugs,” and “clear GIFs” (collectively, “Web Beacons”), to collect user information about your activities on the Site and Services. Web Beacons are small electronic images embedded in online content (including online ads) and e-mail messages and are ordinarily not visible to users. Web Beacons enable Company to track pages and content accessed and viewed by users. In addition, if Company sends HTML-formatted (as opposed to plain text) e-mails to you, Web Beacons may be embedded in such e-mails to allow Company to monitor readership levels and therefore identify aggregate trends and individual usage to provide Company audiences with more relevant content or offers. Web Beacons in e-mails may recognize activities such as when an e-mail was opened, if an e-mail was forwarded and the frequency of which an e-mail was forwarded, which links in the e-mail were clicked, etc. Web Beacons cannot be declined when delivered via a regular web page. However, Web Beacons can be declined when delivered via e-mail, but, if you do not wish to receive Web Beacons via e-mail, you must disable HTML images or refuse HTML-formatted e-mails (by selecting text only e-mails) via your e-mail software.
- Third-Party Content. The Site and Services include or may include links to third-party websites and content providers, including, but not limited to, third-party payment processors and third-party order fulfillment services. Company does not control, and is not responsible for, the actions and policies of any third parties, and, once you click on a link for any website other than Company’s, you will be subject to the third parties’ privacy policies, and Company’s Policy will not apply. In the event any such third-party websites request information from you, the use of any such information is solely the responsibility of that third party, and Company cautions you to carefully review such policies prior to providing any information.
- Analytics. Company uses or may use analytics services to analyze how visitors use the Site and Services. Such analytics services may use cookies to collect standard internet log and visitor behavior information, which may include personal information. Company uses or may use such information to analyze usage trends and preferences of persons who visit the Site and Services and to help Company better develop the Site and Services and market products and services.

When information Company collects is aggregated, anonymized or otherwise does not identify you as a specific person, Company may use that information for any purpose or share it with third parties, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
INFORMATION AND DATA SECURITY
The Site and your personal information and data may be hosted by an independent third-party technology platform provider, and Company has or will have no control over the processes, equipment, procedures or safeguards used by such third party in any such event. While Company may not host the Site or store your personal information or data, Company takes commercially reasonable steps to safeguard information in its possession from loss, theft and unauthorized use, disclosure or modification. To the extent Company has control, Company maintains appropriate administrative, physical and technical safeguards against accidental or unlawful destruction, access, or disclosure of data.
Please be aware that no method of transmitting or storing electronic data is ever completely secure. As a result, Company cannot, and does not, warrant or guarantee that the security of any information that Company collects, either directly from you or indirectly from other sources, will never be accessed, used or released in a manner that is inconsistent with this Policy. Your provision to COMPANY of any personal information, AND YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICES, is at your own risk.
Personal information and data collected by Company or provided to Company may be stored and processed in any country where Company or its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates or service providers (if any) maintain facilities or servers. Company may also utilize Cloud-based storage and processing, and will not have control over where any data or information may be physically stored in the Cloud in any such event. The Company is headquartered in the United States, and, as a result, it is expected that data, including personal information, is likely to be maintained in or transferred to the United States. Insofar as Company processes your data, you can object to such processing. If you lodge a protest with Company, your data will no longer be processed, unless Company or the applicable third party responsible for processing your data can furnish proof of compelling legitimate grounds for processing that outweigh your interests, or unless processing serves the purpose of asserting, exercising or defending legal claims.
DATA RETENTION
Company will retain your personal information and data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, unless longer retention is required or allowed by law. Company will delete your personal information and data as soon as it is no longer needed for these purposes. As soon as your personal information and data is no longer needed for the aforementioned purposes, it will be removed from Company databases and no longer be available for further use, and will be deleted at the end of the retention periods stipulated by law, unless you have expressly consented to further utilization of your data. Company reserves the right to data utilization after said retention periods in any way permitted by your consent, by law and as described in this Policy.

Other than as expressly set forth in this Policy, Company does not share your information with any third parties.
